Helping Haiti Through Photography
Irene Jones Photography, a locally owned portrait studio based in Everett, is helping those affected by the Haiti earthquake by donating 100% of proceeds from every print package sold to the American Red Cross during the Helping Haiti Through Photography Portrait Event.Portrait sessions begin at 9am on Saturday the 27th and will go to 6pm that day. Each session will be between 10-15 minutes in length. Families, children, infants, and pets are welcome. After each session customers will be able to view each image and select print packages. Each package includes a variety of popular sizes and varying quantities. There is also the option of adding on additional prints to customize your order. Additionally, all photos from the event will be posted at Irene Jones Photography Online where additional prints may be ordered individually. Proceeds from all online orders will also be donated.
The goal for this event is to raise $10,000 on behalf of the American Red Cross. This money will then go directly to helping the charity send relief supplies, mobilize relief workers, and provide financial resources.
