Quality Service
We understand that first and foremost our responsibility is creating images you’ll love and want to share with others for generations. That is why we strive to use a variety of techniques to accurately depict the character and relationships of each of our clients. To do this we offer both studio and location sessions, easy online ordering of prints, and the freedom to share your images through social media. Sessions are booked by the hour with the option of adding additional time when necessary. Your session will never feel rushed, contrived, or impersonal. Instead we work with you to infuse creativity and spontaneity into every shot. Your photographs will include candids full of emotion and creative portraits that never feel stiff or boring.
A Personalized Approach
No two people are exactly alike; the same is true for portraits! Because we understand the value of self expression, we take the time to make sure we know your needs long before you step in front of the camera. Every new customer has the option of a free in-home consultation. During our meeting we will help you choose location or studio for the setting of your shoot, what clothing will be most appealing, and even help you plan where to hang your finished portraits. Consultations are scheduled at your convenience.
What to Expect During Your Session
On average, most portrait sessions last one hour. Each session will include a variety of images, outfits, and backgrounds. It is even possible to book combination sessions where both studio and outdoor locations are utilized. However, some sessions last longer then others. For example, infant sessions may last as long as three hours depending on the age of the child and how often they need to eat or nap! Either way, you can be assured that we are determined to make your session a rewarding experience – no matter what. Please come prepared with any props you’ve previously agreed to bring during the consultation, and a few clothing options.
After your Session
Even though your session is completed our work is not done! From here we perfect your images with precision color correction and custom digital enhancements. Minor blemishes are retouched while details and photo-realism is preserved: we never want our work to look “Photoshopped”. Next, a selection of custom products are digitally produced. These include DVD Slide Shows, Wall Galleries, Photo Collages, and Albums. Occasionally, a session is featured on our blog with a sneak peek. This is a special treat for our clients that we like to post shortly after the session but before your sales appointment. Additionally, several of your favorite photos can be posted on Facebook for personal use.
Weddings and Events
Above all else, we love weddings! Nothing is more wonderful then the joining together of two people very much in love. For this reason we pay special attention to our brides and grooms. We are committed to making your wedding day a success. We provide a variety of hourly and all day packages to fit most any budget. All wedding clients also receive a free 1st anniversary portrait session and 15% off all portrait sessions and prints for life! Ordering Your Portraits
Wedding and portrait clients alike can take advantage of our personal service and easy online ordering. Portrait clients are invited to return a week after their session to review and purchase photographs in a variety of custom products. The sales appointment is a great way for you to save money (15% off the website prices) and earn free products! Irene Jones Photography is a full service portrait studio. We offer a variety of custom products that are personally tailored to your specific needs. We also offer custom framing with fully archival materials to preserve your portraits for generations.
Our Wall Galleries are a collection of your favorite images grouped in a contemporary style and designed to fit perfectly into your home. Each gallery comes complete with a full size template that will making hanging your Wall Gallery quick and easy. No measuring or laser levels required. You simply hang the template in the desired location, position nails or hangers over the marked X’s, then remove the template and hang your framed prints or canvases!
Once your new portraits are prominently displayed in your home, you’ll find they quickly become a conversation piece.
